Exhibit at the ORPA Conference

Exhibitor space assignment is at the sole discretion of ORPA. Booth assignments are made on a first-paid basis only when the Exhibitor has paid all fees in full. ORPA does not hold spaces and reserves the right to place and/or relocate exhibitors at any time for any reason, including but not limited to: avoiding competitors, ADA accommodations, changes to layout, or space availability.

Companies looking for great spots are encouraged to sign up early!

Annual sponsors receive priority booth assignment. Annual sponsors do not need to register - registration will be handled by staff per sponsorship contracts.

Commercial members receive early access to conference registration on May 4th.

Exhibitor registration opens for everyone on June 1st.

This year, ORPA will NOT be utilizing a third-party expo support provider. As such, exhibitors are expected to:

Manage the shipping and handling of their own supplies. The Seaside Civic and Convention Center does not provide storage and materials cannot arrive ahead of exhibitors.
Arrange all necessary furnishings. ORPA is not responsible for additional seating, chairs, tables, carpet, or other materials to decorate booths.
Arrive early/on-time for set up, as access to the loading dock may be busy. Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring their booth is set up during the specified setup time.

Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted to ORPA in writing.

100% of exhibit fees, minus a 5% processing fee and $125 administrative charge, may be refunded for cancellation notifications and refund requests made prior to 5:00 PM PDT July 31, 2026.
50% of exhibit fees, minus a 5% processing fee and $125 administrative charge, may be refunded for cancellation notifications and refund requests made between July 31 - August 24, 2026.
No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests after 5:00 PM PDT August 24, 2026.

Booth Space: A designated 10x10 square foot area on the exhibit floor
Pipe and Drape: Back and side drapes to define the booth space.
- Exceptions: 20x20 spaces do not include pipe and drape as these are intended for large, free-standing exhibits. Any 10x20 booth will accommodate pipe and drape to fit the entire booth, not split into separate 10x10 spaces.
Table and Chairs: Each 10x10 booth will include one 8' rectangular table (skirted) and 2 chairs. 10x20 booths will include two 8' tables and 4 chairs. 20x20 booths will not include any furniture unless requested.
Exhibitor Badges: Each 10x10 booth will include a badge for up to 2 vendors. A 10x20 booth will include 4 badges. Additional badges are available for purchase during registration.
App Directory Listing: All exhibitors will be listed in the mobile app with a link to company information.
Power: Seaside Convention Center provides power drops. More information on how to access this coming.
