Online registration is now closed. Onsite registration will be offered on a space permitting basis. The Registration Desk will be staffed in the Beaver Room, located at the back entrance of the Walker Memorial Building, beginning at 10:30AM on Thursday, February 14th.
Pre-Registration
Pre-registrants may check-in beginning at 10:30AM on February 14 in the Beaver Room, located at the back entrance of the Walker Memorial Building (Building 50). The program will start promptly at 11:00AM.
NOTE: Please check-in at the registration desk by 10:50AM or your seat may be forfeit.

Public Transportation and Parking
The easiest way to get to MIT is by public transportation. The closest MBTA stop to Walker Memorial is the Kendall/MIT stop on the MBTA Red Line. Information on public transportation is available at: http://www.mbta.com/.
If you must drive, allow time for city traffic and limited parking options. On weekdays, there is no public parking available on the MIT campus. The closest public parking lots to Walker Memorial are the Boston Marriott Cambridge Garage, the Kendall Center Yellow Garage, and the Kendall Center Green Garage. Hourly rates vary but typically will cost $40 - $50 for a full day. Visitors may find information on off-street parking in the local area at http://web.mit.edu/facilities/transportation/parking/visitors/public_parking.html.
