UNIFI 1.8 : Biopharmaceutical Platform Solution - Peptide Mapping Analysis

This module covers the biopharmaceutical analysis methods within UNIFI that are specific to peptide mapping analysis. Topics include the analysis method processing tab with the relevant processing parameters such as retention time windows, signal intensity thresholds, mass accuracy, amino acid modifiers, protein digests, and lock mass. It also covers custom fields created for a specific analysis and statistical calculation information for identified components, both qualitatively and quantitatively.
