Women in Securitization (WiS) is proud to introduce the inaugural WiS Leadership Forum, an invitation-only gathering created specifically for senior professionals across structured finance and the broader financial services industry. Designed for professionals who have already achieved significant career success, the Forum creates space for a different set of conversations about sustaining leadership over the long term, continuing to evolve, extending your influence, exploring new opportunities, and thinking intentionally about what you want from the next chapter of your career and life.
Through candid conversations, practical executive development, individualized resources, and meaningful peer connection, the Forum will bring together approximately 80 senior leaders for an afternoon designed not simply around what they can learn from the program, but what they can learn from one another.

An intimate fireside conversation exploring leadership at the highest levels, career evolution, reinvention, influence, and how our definitions of success and ambition change over time.
Your Pathway to the Boardroom
A highly practical, two-part Corporate Board Readiness Bootcamp designed to help senior executives translate their experience into a compelling board candidacy. Attendees will identify their board-specific skills and value proposition, gain insight into how board opportunities develop and candidates are selected, and build a strategy for moving from board-qualified to board-appointed. Participants will leave with a Board Readiness Checklist and 12-Month Action Plan to turn their interest in corporate board service into concrete next steps.
Built to Last: Health, Strength & the Long Game of Leadership
An evidence-based look at women's health and executive longevity, exploring how brain health, physical strength, and the choices we make today can support sustained performance, well-being, and quality of life for decades to come. Keynote remarks will be followed by an interactive Q&A focused on the questions most relevant to women navigating demanding careers and thinking intentionally about the years ahead.
Executive Office Hours
A limited number of attendees will have the opportunity to reserve a confidential, 30-minute one-on-one session with an experienced executive coach.
You've built a successful career. What do you want the next chapter to look like? These conversations offer an opportunity to step away from the demands of day-to-day leadership and focus on whatever may be top of mind, whether that is navigating a current challenge, considering a transition, exploring what comes next, or simply asking what you want more (or less!) of at this stage of your career and life.
Executive Office Hours will take place concurrently with Forum programming and require advance registration. Additional coaching resources will be available to all Forum attendees.
The Room Matters
The WiS Leadership Forum has been intentionally curated to bring together professionals with extraordinary depth of experience, perspective, and influence across the financial services industry. Throughout the day, attendees will have opportunities to connect with peers they may not otherwise encounter, deepen existing relationships, and start new ones. The Forum will conclude with an extended networking reception designed to continue the conversations and connections sparked throughout the day.
