We're partnering with a trusted Armenian travel agency who will offer a preferred rate on flights and answer your travel-related questions. Travelers who book through the agency will add VIP arrival service ($250 per person), which expedites an otherwise lengthy customs process, and includes the transfer to the hotel. Attendees who book their own flights can arrange comparable airport service and transportation independently. Ride-hailing is also widely available in Yerevan.

HOTEL
(about $2,205 per couple)
A room block is being held at the Marriott Yerevan, a central, well-regarded hotel that's popular with locals. Attendees book directly through a provided link. The estimated rate is $245 per night, including breakfast and VAT, though it may vary with exchange rates and room block pick-up. For travelers on the preferred flights, we recommend booking 9 nights (June 8–17, 2027), as the flight on June 9 arrives very early in the morning, and travelers will want to check in and rest.
