1. Registration fees indicated do not include prevailing Goods & Services Tax (GST).

2. All fees are published in Singapore Dollars (SGD$).

3. All payment is to be completed before the commencement of the course. Organizations will be provided with up to 30 days credit terms.

4. There will be no refunds for confirmed and/or paid registrations.

5. No-shows during the course sessions will not be entitled to any refunds.

6. COGS reserves the sole right to cancel the course due to factors beyond reasonable control such as, but not limited to, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, labour strikes, war, civil unrest and disorders, etc. In the unlikely event of a course cancellation, COGS shall endeavor to notify the registrants at the soonest possible time and attempt to recommend or provide alternatives for your consideration but should you decide not to accept the alternatives, you shall be entitled to a refund of all monies paid by you to COGS.
