Her accomplishments include implementing an enterprise-wide risk management system, streamlining Trustee bond transaction recording from two days to hours, and fostering collaboration across departments. A strategic, mission-driven leader, Jodi leverages sound business judgment to eliminate inefficiencies, promote succession planning, and drive meaningful change. Her expertise spans government, nonprofit, for-profit, and healthcare sectors, with prior roles as accounting manager and divisional controller.
CURTIS APPLEBAUM, CIA
Assurance Manager, Dean Dorton
Curtis has several years of public accounting experience, with a focus on providing internal and external audit services to organizations of various sizes and industries. Curtis' internal audit experience includes providing co-sourced and outsourced internal services, internal audit speacialist responsibilities, and risk assessments, Curtis also has experience working on consulting engagements which include developing policies and procedures to strengthen internal controls. He has experience in dealing with financial reporting, audit issues, and unusual transactions.
Curtis works in various industries including manufacturing, nonprofit, higher education, and governmental organizations.
