Integrated PCI - Masterclass Advanced clinical decision making with IntraSight Plus

This advanced, two-day course is for interventional cardiologists who already use IVUS, physiology, co-registration and SyncVision in practice, and want to see how these tools work together — and what changes — on the new IntraSight Plus integrated platform.

This is not a product training. Three clinical scenarios — left main (LM) disease, bifurcation PCI and complex PCI/CTO — anchor every session. Imaging and physiology are covered at a high level, not as a deep interpretive review; the focus is on how an integrated, single-platform workflow changes real-time decision-making, case efficiency and team coordination.

Through case-based lectures, a live complex case, a recorded complex case, and structured hands-on scenario rotations, participants leave with a clear picture of how integration — not any single tool — changes the way these cases are run.

Course objectives

• Apply an integrated imaging- and physiology-based strategy to left main, bifurcation and complex PCI/CTO cases.
• Use the ACT1 (pre-PCI) and ACT2 (post-PCI) physiology workflows to support treatment decisions.
• Recognize how running these tools on one integrated platform changes workflow, efficiency and team coordination.
• Describe, at a high level, how IVUS and physiology findings inform treatment decisions in these scenarios — not a deep interpretive review.
• Explain how co-registration and SyncVision map imaging and physiology data onto the angiogram in complex cases.
• Apply this integrated approach confidently in a live case and a complex recorded case.
