Refund Policy

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to registration@virtualinc.com.

Cancellations received at least 30 business days prior to the conference start date (by August 7, 2026) are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received fewer than 30 business days before the conference.

Registrations may be transferred to another attendee at any time with a written request submitted to registration@virtualinc.com.
