Welcome to the AMAT 2026 Annual Conference!  

We’re excited to gather this year in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, at the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee from September 22–24, 2026, for an energizing and deeply meaningful convening of the donation and transplantation community. Our theme, “Igniting Hope: Uniting Voices for a Stronger Donation and Transplantation Future,” reflects the power of coming together—sharing experiences, building community, strengthening support, and learning from one another as we work toward a more equitable and impactful future.

This annual event brings together people connected to transplantation from across the country to collaborate, grow, and elevate the collective work that drives hope forward. Throughout the conference, attendees will explore emerging research, innovative programs, and strategies that advance organ, eye, and tissue donation. The Poster Presentation Session will once again highlight groundbreaking studies, creative solutions, and best practices shaping the field.

Together, we’ll spark new ideas, amplify diverse voices, and continue building a future where unity fuels progress and hope becomes action.
