Registration Types

LAVCA Members: Members receive a special discount. To check whether or not you are a LAVCA Member, please click here.

  • Service Provider LAVCA Members: Limit two (2) attendees per member firm. Non-LAVCA Member Service Providers are not eligible to attend LAVCA Week. This includes, but is not limited to, law firms, accounting firms, placement agents, consulting firms and other industry service providers.

Non-Members: General Partners/Direct Investors, Limited Partners (Fund of Funds, Secondaries, DFIs), and other institutions who are not members of LAVCA. 

  • Service Provider Non-Members: Please note that registration is not open to service provider firms that are not members of LAVCA. This includes, but is not limited to, law firms, accounting firms, placement agents, consulting firms and other industry service providers.

Qualified Institutional Investors: Complimentary registration is available for member and non-member Qualified Institutional Investors including Pension Funds, SWFs, Foundations, Single Family Offices, Endowments, and Insurance Companies who are Limited Partners in private capital funds and do not engage in third-party fundraising activities or collect fees for advisory/consulting services.

DFIs, Fund of Funds, and Secondaries are not considered Qualified Institutional Investors for the purposes of this conference and need to register under the LAVCA Member or Non-Member categories.

Partner Association Attendees: Members of LAVCA Week Partner Associations (ABVCAP, ACAFI, ACVC, AMEXCAP, ARCAP and ColCapital) receive special discounts to attend. For more information please contact Sahian Jimenez at sjimenez@lavca.org.
