Session 2 - Sunday, October 18, 2026             7:00 am - 5:00 pm      Lunch on your own

Session 3 - Saturday, October 31, 2026          7:00 am - 6:15 pm      Lunch on your own

Session 4 - Sunday, November 1, 2026            8:00 am - 3:00 pm      Lunch on your own

***Registrants must attend all 4 sessions and successfully complete all activities to receive course credit.
***Daily time schedule is subject to change.

Participant Requirements

Attendees must meet the following requirements:

  • 2026-2027 TAPT Membership
  • Current, valid Class B (or higher) Texas CDL with P and S endorsements
  • Current, valid Texas School Bus Driver Certification (not enrollment certificate)
  • Current, valid Texas School Bus Driver Medical Certification (within past 12 months)
  • Texas School Bus Driver driving record (Type 4) run within the past 12 months with 9 or fewer points assessed for convictions and crashes
  • Be physically able to ascend and descend the steps of a school bus repeatedly to participate in field exercises
