Alphas and Iotas, you are the driving force behind this. By placing the true meaning of Lambda Chi at the center of all you do, you shape the culture, set the tone for success, and ensure every Brother experiences the power of our Brotherhood.

Alongside interactive, role-specific programming, you’ll work to shape the values and behaviors that will define your Chapter’s culture.

Following High Zeta Summit

High Alphas will be equipped to: 

  • Conduct a SWOT analysis to evaluate Chapter strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and apply these insights to set strategic, values-based goals.
  • Assess and prioritize Chapter needs to develop a clear, actionable annual strategy aligned with Chapter values and long-term goals.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive Chapter environment, by aligning Chapter goals with individual strengths and motivations.
  • Identify cultural risks such as hazing by analyzing group dynamics, and design proactive strategies to prevent harmful behaviors.
  • Manage Chapter operations efficiently by utilizing administrative tools such as myLambdaChi and greekbill for tasks including Member rostering and billing.
  • Collaborate with peers to develop, refine, and finalize an annual Chapter plan that outlines clear goals, anticipated obstacles, and strategic solutions.

High Iotas will be equipped to:

Scholarship Opportunities

High Alphas and Iotas are eligible to obtain a scholarship to offset the registration fee. The scholarship covers the participants lodging, select meals, and program materials. If it has been deemed that you did not meet the scholarship requirements or did not attend, your Chapter will be billed to cover the cost of your attendance, per Code 2-5 in the Constitution. Please find scholarship information below: 

  • Attend 100% of the event 
  • Register by November 19, 2026
  • Complete Leadership Ready through Lambda Chi Academy by December 14.
    • Chapters electing Officers in December will have until January 1 to complete Leadership Ready.
