Chapter culture isn’t built by chance - it grows from shared values, purpose, and trust. When that culture thrives, Brothers show up, take part, and give their best from day one.

Alphas and Iotas, you are the driving force behind this. By placing the true meaning of Lambda Chi at the center of all you do, you shape the culture, set the tone for success, and ensure every Brother experiences the power of our Brotherhood.

Alongside interactive, role-specific programming, you’ll work to shape the values and behaviors that will define your Chapter’s culture.

So, High Alphas and High Iotas lock in the dates. High Zeta Summit is an experience you don't want to miss!

Following High Zeta Summit

High Alphas will be equipped to:

  • Conduct a SWOT analysis to evaluate Chapter strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and apply these insights to set strategic, values-based goals.
  • Assess and prioritize Chapter needs to develop a clear, actionable annual strategy aligned with Chapter values and long-term goals.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive Chapter environment, by aligning Chapter goals with individual strengths and motivations.
  • Identify cultural risks such as hazing by analyzing group dynamics, and design proactive strategies to prevent harmful behaviors.
  • Manage Chapter operations efficiently by utilizing administrative tools such as myLambdaChi and greekbill for tasks including Member rostering and billing.
  • Collaborate with peers to develop, refine, and finalize an annual Chapter plan that outlines clear goals, anticipated obstacles, and strategic solutions.

High Iotas will be equipped to:

  •  Conduct a SWOT analysis focused on chapter safety and risk culture to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and use these insights to set proactive, values-based risk management goals.
  • Assess and prioritize chapter risk areas (hazing, alcohol/substance use, sexual misconduct, mental health, financial wellbeing) to build a clear, actionable annual risk management plan aligned with Chapter values.
  • Foster a safety-first Chapter culture by aligning risk management practices with individual accountability and peer-to-peer responsibility.
  • Identify cultural risk factors such as hazing and unsafe traditions by analyzing group dynamics, and design proactive intervention strategies to prevent harmful behaviors before they occur.
  • Navigate difficult conversations and mediate conflicts within the Chapter by applying de-escalation techniques and clear communication strategies to resolve issues before they escalate into policy violations.
  • Collaborate with peers to develop a chapter-specific crisis management plan by identifying likely risk scenarios, defining clear roles and communication protocols, and establishing a response process the Chapter can execute calmly under pressure.
