The North Carolina and South Carolina HFMA chapters are collaborating to host a joint event in Wilmington, NC, September 16-18, 2026, at the Hotel Ballast Tapestry Collection by Hilton. This event is highly anticipated and promises to be well attended by HFMA members and providers from both states, as well as offering excellent education sessions, fun networking events and an exhibit hall.

Conference Registration
Registration fee includes all conference materials, continuing education credit, stated meals, refreshment breaks.

Refund Policy and Late Registration
The Chapter shall refund registration fees if the registrant notifies the NCHFMA Board at northcarolina@hfmalocal.org per the below refund/cancellation policy:
Cancellation requests made through September 1, 2026 will be refunded at 100%. If canceled after September 1 but before September 8, a $75.00 cancellation fee will be assessed. No refunds will be given on cancellation requests after September 9, 2026, however, substitute attendees are permissible and encouraged.
Persons registering for programs who fail to attend the program and fail to cancel the registration within 5 days prior to the program date will be responsible for making payment of the entire registration fee. Emergency cases will be considered individually. Substitutions are permitted.
