You acknowledge that (i) an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place, (ii) by attending the event, you are voluntarily assuming any and all risks related to COVID-19 exposure during the event, and (iii) you will not hold American Express, its partners, representatives, or agents, liable for any risks, injuries, or illness in connection with your attendance at the event or inability to attend the event due to COVID-19 exposure or illness.
