Connect, Collaborate, and Activate at the 2026 NALCAB National Conference.
This September 15-17, NALCAB's 2026 National Conference, Juntos en la Lucha, Activating Our Power, comes to San Antonio, TX, the city where NALCAB was founded by Latino community economic leaders more than two decades ago.
Our 2026 theme reflects where we are: a moment that calls for steady leadership, shared resolve, and a clear focus on the work community-based organizations do every day. As the nation's leading organization in Latino economic development, NALCAB brings together the people and ideas driving this work forward.
Over three days, participants will engage with peers and field experts through sessions on small business development, affordable housing, access to capital, heirs' property, and nonprofit management, with real examples from organizations nationwide.
This year, attendees will join us for a sneak peek of NALCAB's expanded San Antonio home, a new space in the heart of downtown that reflects our growing national impact and deepens our presence in a city with deep roots in Latino economic history.
Conference highlights include our small business Mercadito, funder matchmaking sessions, and ¡Visitando el Barrio!, a guided tour of community-driven development in San Antonio.
