CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY 

NALCAB understands how quickly situations can change. That is why we are introducing our Cancellation and Substitution Policy, so you can adjust as needed down the road. 

  • How to Cancel: The deadline to receive a full refund of your registration is August 1, 2026, at 11:59 PM CT.  
  • How to Substitute: Registration substitutions can be made at any time before August 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM CT.  


Requests must be submitted in writing to events@nalcab.org. 

  • Hotel and Travel: Canceling your event registration will not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. You are responsible for canceling your own hotel and travel reservations.  

 

Waiver of Liability and Release 

In consideration of the opportunity to participate in the Event, you hereby FOREVER RELEASE, WAIVE, AND HOLD HARMLESS NALCAB from any and all liability, injury, damage, loss, or expense that may arise, directly or indirectly, now or in the future, regardless of whether caused by fault on the part of NALCAB, in connection with any exposure, infection, or spread of any communicable disease related to your participation in the Event.  

You understand this release and waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by law, and that if any portion of this release and waiver is held invalid, the remainder will continue in full legal force and effect. You also agree that this release and waiver extends to, and will be binding upon, me and my estate, heirs, executors, administrators, and personal representatives. 

 

PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEO POLICY 

As a NALCAB Conference attendee, the registrant hereby grants to NALCAB the right and permission to use, publish, and republish photographs, video, audio, or images in which the registrant may be included, in whole, part, or composite in any printed or electronic matter or media for any legal purpose, and to use the registrant’s name in conjunction if NALCAB so chooses. This authorization and release shall also be binding upon the registrant’s heirs, next of kin, and personal representatives. The registrant has read this release and fully understands its contents. The registrant hereby releases and discharges NALCAB from all claims and liabilities arising out of or about the use of photographs, images, or information. 

 

PRIVACY POLICY 

NALCAB may use contact information from registrants for marketing related to NALCAB programs, activities, and events. Payment information is not shared and is kept strictly confidential. Demographic information from registrants is used for reporting-related purposes.
