Join us as we celebrate the recipient of our highest honor, MHA’s Distinguished Service Award, and introduce the incoming 2027 board chair. Recipients of MHA’s Visionary Leadership Award, Trustee of the Year Award and Aim for Excellence Award also will be honored.  

The Awards Dinner is an additional fee. Please indicate if you plan to join us for this meal as you register for convention – a meal ticket is required. 

Thursday, Nov. 5, 10:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Location: Exhibit Hall A

The Education Partner Marketplace at MHA’s 104th Annual Convention provides attendees with the opportunity to discover the latest products and services available to health care organizations. 

• Partner Marketplace Passport | 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.
  • Each attendee will receive a two-sided passport with partner logos. To participate, visit partner booths and collect initials in the corresponding passport spaces. Completing one side earns one raffle entry; completing both sides earns two raffle entries.
  • Completed passports should be submitted to the Education Partner Marketplace Help Desk. Raffle winners will be announced during the social event. 
• Partner Marketplace Scavenger Hunt | 4:30 - 6 p.m.
  • During the social event, attendees will receive a card featuring five challenges plus a bonus task. Each challenge is designed to encourage engagement with five unique partner booths. 
  • At each booth, attendees must complete a challenge and obtain verification from the partner. 
  • Once all challenges are completed, the card should be submitted to the Education Partner Marketplace Help Desk.
  • Completed cards will be entered into a raffle drawing, with winners announced on Friday.
• Lucky Duck
  • Throughout the Education Partner Marketplace Social, each partner will give away a mini rubber duck to the attendee of their choice. Attendees who bring the duck to the Education Partner Marketplace Help Desk will win a prize!

Complimentary refreshments and snacks will be provided to convention attendees in the Education Partner Marketplace.

Location: Exhibit Hall Pre-Function

Connect with colleagues from Missouri hospitals through MHA's engagement groups. Join fellow attendees and MHA staff for a morning of conversation — share the lessons you've learned, swap ideas with peers in your field and leave with big ideas to bring back to your organization.
