Please read the information below in its entirety and have the following ready before registering:

1. Registrants are advised to complete the CVENT event registration process in one continuous session. Prolonged inactivity may result in the registration being automatically marked as incomplete or abandoned.  Data entered may be lost and not recoverable.
2. Passport. Please take a photo or scan your passport and place it on your computer desktop.  We strongly recommend that passports be valid for a minimum of 6 months after arrival to Japan.
3. Known Traveler Number (KTN) Have your Global Entry Number or TSA Pre-Check Number ready
4. Airlines mileage information:  Japan Airlines Mileage Bank (JMB) number, Alaska Airlines Mileage number, (Atmos) or oneworld alliance airline number.   
5. Guest(s) / Travel Companions: - If you are paying for all travel companions in your group, add your guest(s) to your registration. - If payment will be made separately, your guest(s) / travel companion(s) must start their own registration, and submit it individually.
6. Travel Insurance: While not mandatory, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your protection.  If you are interested, please click on the "Travel Insurance" link in the header above to explore and purchase the group travel protection .
