Photography Disclaimer Requirement: The October 5th-7th, 2026, Philadelphia Cyber Risk Summit  ("Summit") is an open, public event. Professional  photographers/videographers - as well as local and/or industry media - will be present taking pictures and audio/video footage at the event. These images may be used at a later date by NetDiligence to display as part of our virtual Cyber Risk Summit session or  alternative marketing efforts associated with the Cyber Risk Summit series or other NetDiligence services. By registering for the Summit, I consent to the use of my image(s) by NetDiligence for any of these purposes without my further approval by me or paid compensation to me of any kind. I also understand that any for-profit activity conducted by myself or others on my behalf before, during or after the event, using photographic, video or other images of the Cyber Risk Summit or the delivery of these images to others for for-profit purposes, without the express written consent of NetDiligence, is strictly prohibited.
