Welcome to the registration for FMI's Field Leader Institute. You can register multiple attendees for different sessions. 

• If  you are attending the program, please choose your session dates below, then click "NEXT" to complete your registration.   
• If  you are NOT attending this program, but are registering for someone else, please fill in the attendee's name, email address, and CC email address on the next page and select "Click here if registering on behalf of the attendee". Fill in your name and email address. Click "NEXT" to complete the registration. When complete, you will have the opportunity to register others.
• Registration fees cover program instruction, materials, lodging (Tuesday-Thursday), meals (excluding day one breakfast and final day dinner), and a certificate of completion.
• In preparation for  this program, you will complete two assessments and a travel logistics form to secure the requested accommodations.
• Expect program details, travel, and pre-work information 6-7 weeks before the start date. Keep an eye out for this email. Any questions? Just reply to your registration confirmation email.
