The 71st Annual Golden Beaver Awards Dinner will be held on Friday, January 15, 2027 at the J.W. Marriott at 900 W Olympic Blvd just south of downtown Los Angeles, California.

We look forward to welcoming you all back. We expect a large turnout for this prestigious and formal affair. Our guest speaker this year will be world-reknowned sports psychologist Inky Johnson.

Take advantage of our online registration website. We accept credit card payments though this online registration system. If you choose to still pay by check, you can register online and choose to send a check for your tickets.

To reserve a complete table, 12 tickets must be purchased.

You can also request hotel rooms through our online registration. The hotels fill up very quickly and only accept reservations made on the web site. Room confirmations will be sent through Maritz, who handles the reservation process for our meeting. We are using the Marriott Courtyard/Residence Inn and Hotel Figueroa for our overflow hotels.

The Women in Heavy Civil 5th Annual Luncheon will take place Thursday, January 14, 2027, in conjunction with the Beavers Awards Dinner. The event includes a dedicated networking reception from 11:00 a.m.–11:30 a.m., followed by a seated luncheon and program from 11:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m., celebrating and advancing women in the heavy civil construction industry.

Tickets are $150 per person, with $25 from every ticket benefiting the Beavers Charitable Trust scholarship program. The event is open to all and sells out each year, so early registration is encouraged.

Please take a minute to review the event information tabs on our registration site. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our office.

I look forward to seeing you at the dinner.
