Accommodation Booking Requirements

As we count down to 20 Years & Counting, we’re simplifying how accommodation will work this year.

Accommodation will now be managed through our partner, The Conference Room, to keep everyone closer to the action.

Please note that accommodation will not be at the conference venue this year.

Staff will need to book their own flights via CTM. You can do that by viewing the CTM link here (or via your own company travel location)

Accommodation must be booked no later than 24th April to ensure availability.

Accommodation covered by the company for the conference will include:

• Sydney-based staff: 1 night accommodation (Saturday, 25 July)

• Interstate/International staff: 2 nights’ accommodation (Friday, 24 July and Saturday, 25 July)

We recommend booking early to secure accommodation close to the venue. Please choose the hotel you wish to stay at carefully, as moving to another hotel will be considered a cancellation and will be charged accordingly.

A few key things to know:

Any changes to bookings made via this form must be managed directly with The Conference Room
All costs, including no-shows or cancellation fees, will still be charged to your division and any additional accommodation must be booked separately as per the company travel policy.
All accommodation must be booked via The Conference Room or CTM and align with the company travel policy ($350 per night). Bookings outside of these channels using a company card are outside policy.

If you have any questions, please speak with your manager before confirming bookings. Any changes or cancellations must be managed directly through the travel portal.
