I want to book accommodation to stay on site at the University of York  - how do I book?

The accommodation is being managed by Mosaic Events and therefore all enquiries on accommodation should be directed to Mosaic – contact email address katie@mosaicevents.co.uk.

What type of accommodation is available?

The accommodation is single en-suite student accommodation offered on a bed and breakfast basis.   No double rooms are available.

Can I book more than one bedroom in one transaction?

You can book a single bedroom for yourself and ONE guest only in a single transaction.  When registering please ensure you note if you would like to be accommodated next door to each other.

I have accessibility or dietary requirements – how can I inform the accommodation department?

If you require a ground floor room, accessible room or have special requirements, please ensure you include these details at the time of booking.  Please note there is a limited amount of ground or accessible rooms available.    Dietary – please complete your dietary requirements at the time of booking. 

I want to cancel the accommodation I have booked – how do I cancel this, and will I receive a refund?

Cancellation Terms

• Received between Wednesday 4 February 2026 and Thursday 26 February 2026: 70% refund minus a £15 administration fee

• Received between Friday 27 February 2026 and Thursday 16 April 2026: 50% refund minus a £15 administration fee

• Received between Friday 17 April 2026 and Monday 25 May 2026: 25% refund minus a £15 administration fee

• Received after Tuesday 26 May 2026: No refund
