CONFERENCE DESCRIPTION

This full-day, pediatric conference will provide up-to-date information on the field of pediatric immunization with an emphasis on current immunization recommendations and general immunization updates.

TARGET AUDIENCE

Physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, medical assistants, community outreach and public health workers, immunization coalition members, and office staff who work in pediatric healthcare settings, healthcare and civic organizations.

LEARNER OBJECTIVES

  • Summarize the 2026 American Academy of Pediatrics Recommended Child and Adolescent Immunization Schedule for Ages 18 Years or Younger.
  • Cite two current topics related to immunizations in Massachusetts and nationally.
  • Describe how personal stories can be improve vaccine conversations.
  • Discuss how to leverage health and science data to create positive, impactful messaging in the real world and in modern medical settings.
  • Review the history of and current human papillomavirus (HPV) landscape.
