TOGETHER IN ATLANTA

2027 PSC Partners Conference

Three days of engagement, connection, and inspiration.

There’s something powerful about being with people who understand your journey. In 2027, the PSC Partners community will come together in Atlanta to share experiences, spark meaningful conversations, and build connections that last long after the conference ends.

Whether you’re living with primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC), supporting someone you love, or working toward a brighter future for the PSC community, you belong here. Come learn, exchange ideas, and find encouragement among people who share your questions, your determination, and your hope.

From your first conversation to the final goodbye, these three days are an opportunity to feel more connected—and more inspired by what we can accomplish together.

Join us in Atlanta. Your story, your voice, and your presence make our community stronger.

SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION

Founded and funded by the Kenneth S. Hollander Charitable Foundation and The Edna Foundation

The PSC Partners Access Scholarship Fund offers conference scholarships for the PSC Partners Annual Conference.

Conference scholarships are intended to ensure that financial barriers do not prevent individuals and families affected by PSC from accessing educational sessions, connecting with the PSC community, and learning about the latest research and advances in care.

Scholarship applications for the 2027 Conference in Atlanta will open in early 2027.

CHANGE THE ENDING.

The future of PSC is ours to change.

A future with more answers. More possibilities. More support for people and families living with PSC. And ultimately, a cure.

Through research, education, advocacy, and the strength of our community, we are working to make that future possible.
