Where can I park?
- Parking is available at the venue. Parking attendants will direct where to park and golf carts will shuttle guests to the venue entrance.
Can I purchase a table (8 seats) rather than individual admission tickets?

What is the dress code?

Is there a room block reserved for event guests?
- While there is not a room block, we recommend the following hotels:
- Holiday Inn Express & Suites (Alachua, FL - closest to venue, 10 miles)
- Hilton UF Conference Center (Gainesville, FL)
- Hotel ELEO (Gainesville, FL)
Will the CALS TailGATOR event occur on the same weekend?
- While the dates do often align, the 2026 CALS TailGATOR will be on the evening of Friday, September 25 before the UF vs. Ole Miss football game. More information can be found at cals.ufl.edu/events/tailgator/.
