Associate Members receive a 10% discount on Diamond, Gold, Silver, Bronze Sponsorships or Vendor Booths.

Expected attendance: 275 - 325 Security Professionals

Investment
In an effort to be mindful of your budget, 2026 costs for Diamond, Gold, Silver, and Bronze Sponsorships, and Vendor Booths have increased only 5% over 2025 costs.
The CALSAGA Annual Conference is a member-benefit and not a profit-generator for the association. Exhibitor fees have been established to cover the cost of the event and this would not be possible without your support!
Payment and Refund Policy
Once exhibitor application is approved, an invoice will be sent via email. Invoices not paid within 30 days will be cancelled. No refunds will be granted for cancellations or no shows.
CALSAGA reserves the right to restrict or remove exhibits, without refund, that have been falsely entered, or are deemed unsuitable or objectionable by CALSAGA. This restriction applies to, but is not limited to, noise, P.A. systems, persons, animals, birds, things, conduct, printed matter, or anything of a character that might be objectionable to CALSAGA or Facility Management.
If applicable, exhibitor must be licensed to do business in California.
All participants must abide by the CALSAGA Code of Conduct.
