Primavera P6 EPPM Functional (Virtual)
Course Overview
Build the foundation for successful project management in P6 EPPM through hands-on training for public power utilities. Attendees will learn to plan and schedule power and energy resource projects with Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM. Scheduling techniques and best practices will also be covered. This two-day course leads you through hands-on workshops using the City Block Construction Project (CBCP) to provide an understanding of the concepts of CPM scheduling.
Who Should Attend
Daily P6 EPPM users in project delivery and scheduler roles. This includes project managers, schedulers, project engineers, and project controls staff who build, update, and maintain project schedules and need to work confidently in P6 EPPM every day. No prior P6 experience is required.
