Important Information
We want you to have the best possible experience in Tulum. Throughout the trip we will do a substantial amount of walking on various surfaces, including stairs, uneven pavement, cobblestone, and sand.
If you have mobility challenges, please reach out to us at deltavacationsevents@deltavacations.com so we can contact our partners on your behalf in advance of this trip to ensure they can accommodate your needs (e.g. wheelchair, accessible room, scooter availability, etc.). This is particularly important for hotels and transportation companies in countries outside of the US as they may not be subject to any accessibility laws or requirements.

Trip Inclusions
- Round trip coach class air transportation on Delta Air Lines®. Once you have registered, a Delta Vacations representative will work with you to confirm your flights. Pre or post extensions are allowed provided air is available in the appropriate class of service. Extension hotel stays and ground transportation are on your own. No guests are allowed during the trip dates.
- Three nights hotel accommodations in single rooms.
- Round trip transfers between the airport and hotel.
- A variety of hotel site inspections, group tours, and all meals.
- Gratuities for group functions, including activities, meals, and transfers.
Attire
Plan on smart-casual attire and comfortable walking shoes for site inspections, tours, and meals. Sunscreen is highly recommended. Monitor the weather prior to travel so you are prepared.
