Remarks:

• Cluster stands for representation of a maximum of 3 properties for APEC events, subject to approval by the APAC B2B Events & Programs team.  
• Each market may have a max cap of no. of properties allowed per Cluster, subject to approval by the APAC B2B Events & Programs Team.
• Above Property stands for participation from Global Sales Organization and any representation from Corporate, Continent, Area and Regional Teams. Above Property attendees are not eligible for any booths.
• Participation fee of regional / cluster participants representing multiple properties will be advised separately. 
• Actual participation fee per event per city to bill will subject to final number of participating properties and clusters, where total event cost to be fully covered by participants.
• GSO B2B Events & Programs team reserves the right for final decision in case of any disputes.
• Fees do not include T&E (hotel, air, etc.).
