What is the conference about?
The Consumer Rights Litigation Conference (CRLC) & Class Action Symposium is a comprehensive convening of the entire consumer law community with 60+ detailed training courses covering every major area of consumer law, as well as networking and engagement opportunities. The Class Action Symposium is for experienced consumer class action practitioners, addressing emerging developments and evolving practices. The 2026 CRLC will also offer 3 intensives: Intro to Consumer Law in the AM, followed by two PM intensives: Intro to Auto Cases, and Intro to FCRA Claims. Learn more here!
Where/When is the conference?
The 2026 CRLC will be held from October 22 - 25, 2026 in Atlanta, GA at the Hilton Atlanta. The main conference runs Thursday - Saturday and the Class Action Symposium follows Saturday - Sunday. The Intro to Consumer Law, Intro to Auto Cases, and Intro to FCRA Claims Intensives will take place on Wednesday, October 21. All events will take place at the Hilton Atlanta at 255 Courtland Street NE Atlanta, Georgia, 30303. How can I register for the conference?

Register by September 11, 2026 for early bird pricing discount. Registration closes on October 7, 2026.
How much does the conference cost?
See the pricing chart, including early bird and standard rates, and bundles here. Discounts are automatically available for NACA members, government attorneys, non-profit attorneys and academics as reflected in the pricing chart below. Additional automatic scholarships (50% off) are available for private attorneys with less than five years of experience (“Next Generation”) and all legal aid advocates as reflected below. There are also a limited number of scholarships available for speakers who otherwise would not be able to attend the conference. *Conference Benefactor: Attendees who choose to register at the benefactor level will be helping NCLC and NACA reduce fees for others, so that more who might benefit from the conference can afford to attend. Benefactors will be recognized with special name tags and will gain access to any Pre-Conference Intensive(s) they wish to attend and the Class Action Symposium.
**50% registration rate discounts for all Legal Aid attorneys and private attorneys with less than five years of experience (the “Next Generation” of consumer champions) are guaranteed through NCLC’s Campaign for the Future, and provided by its generous supporters, cy pres awards, the CapitalOne Impact Initiative, and individual donors who make scholarship fund donations. This scholarship opportunity automatically lowers the cost of attendance when registering for the main conference.
***Class Action Symposium Registration fee includes Saturday session, followed by the Saturday evening cocktail reception and Sunday sessions, including hot breakfast and plated luncheon. Guest tickets to the Saturday evening cocktail reception may be purchased separately.
Can paralegals attend the conference?
Yes! Paralegals are allowed to attend the CRLC! Paralegals working for non-profits, legal aid offices, academic institutions or currently enrolled full time in law school are eligible for those discounted rates. Paralegals who have NACA membership can register at the NACA member rate.
Where will I stay during the conference?
All conference attendees must make their own hotel reservations; discounted rooms at the Hilton Atlanta are available to reserve after you have registered for the conference. The rate is $209/night (plus tax) for all attendees. This rate is available for stays up to three days before and following the conference, based on availability. The final deadline to reserve a room at the discounted rate is September 29, 2026, subject to availability. More information can be found here.

Does the conference count for CLE credits?
Yes, earn up to 15.25 CLE credits, including up to 2.5 ethics credits by attending the Main Conference. You may also earn up to 7.75 CLE credits for the Class Action Symposium, including 1.25 ethics credits; 3.00 credits for the AM pre-conference Introduction to Consumer Law session and 3.5 credits for the PM Intro to Auto Cases or Intro to FCRA Claims Intensives (6.5 for the full day if attending both AM and PM sessions on Wednesday).

Where can I pick up my name tag?
You can pick up your name tag at the conference registration desk in the hotel on Wednesday, October 21 from 5:00-7:00PM and on Thursday, October 22 from 7:30AM-5:00PM. Earlier times on Wednesday will be available for those checking into the Intensives. The Class Action Symposium Registration is from 12:30-1:30 PM on Saturday for those registrants who are only attending that track
What is the dress code for the conference?
The conference is business casual and everyone is welcome to wear what they feel comfortable in. Most speakers tend to wear suits, whereas attendees may even wear jeans. For the receptions, attendees tend to dress up more, especially at the Class Action Symposium.
I’m a nursing parent, will there be a private space for me to pump/nurse?
Yes we will have a private Lactation Room available for all nursing/pumping parents.
I have food allergies and/or a special diet. Will accommodations be made for me so I can participate in the conference meals?
Yes. If you indicate your food restriction/accommodation needs when you preregister for the conference, we will make sure to relay it to the hotel and do our best to modify/add to the meals to ensure you will have options. Can I attend the Class Action Symposium Reception even though I am not attending the Symposium?
Yes. You can add a guest ticket to your registration when you register for the main conference.
Can we bring a guest to the receptions?
Yes. For the Thursday night Welcome Reception, the Saturday Awards Lunch, and the Class Action Symposium Reception you are welcome to bring a guest. However there is a cost to cover the food for each guest. When you register for the conference you can select how many guests you are bringing to each event and pay their guest registration fee.
