Modern networks need to deliver more than basic connectivity. Customers expect fast and reliable Wi-Fi, secure guest access, organized device management, and systems that can be monitored and recovered remotely without unnecessary truck rolls.

In this hands-on training, technicians will explore real-world deployment and troubleshooting scenarios while learning practical strategies for designing, optimizing, and supporting professional residential and SMB networks using Araknis, Access Networks, WattBox, and OvrC solutions.

Please note laptops are required.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Design and validate reliable residential and SMB networks using Araknis, Access Networks, WattBox, and OvrC
  • Learn practical strategies for IP planning, VLANs, Wi-Fi optimization, PoE, power sequencing, and remote recovery
  • Use real-world troubleshooting scenarios to reduce callbacks, improve system reliability, and support customers remotely through OvrC

By the end of the course, students will be better prepared to deploy reliable residential and SMB networks, identify problems before they become callbacks, and use OvrC-enabled solutions to monitor, support, and recover customer systems remotely.
