Pathway to Impact is an invite-only, targeted professional development pilot program designed to support a doctor's continued clinical and leadership growth. The purpose of the program is to support doctors in enhancing their clinical implant and case acceptance skills; advancing their leadership capabilities to increase patient satisfaction; and strengthening operational excellence to increase patients' access to additional care options. Doctors will attend live training courses at The Pathway, Affordable Care's doctor training center in Gilbert, AZ.
