APPLICATIONS ARE OPEN FOR CAMPUS DEPARTMENTS through 5 p.m., Friday, July 31st. 

Thank you for your interest in participating in the annual CU Denver Block Party.  The event takes place on the 1300 block of Lawrence St. between Speer and 14th St.  Due to high demand and limited space, it won't be possible to accommodate every CU Denver department or office that would like to have a presence at the event (please note that each of CU Denver's schools and colleges will be saved a space). 

We are looking for the most fun, exciting and interactive additions to the event, and booths will be selected based on how much they contribute to the festivities. Of course, you can certainly share information about who you are and what you do, but this event is more than an information fair.  Applicants will be notified no later than August 11. Applications will be reviewed in the order that they are received until all space has been filled.

We are not accepting applications from student organizations for the Block Party.

"Booth" Details:

• On campus partners: There is no fee to participate in the Block Party
• Off campus partners: A representative from our office will reach out with sponsorship package options.
• A booth space is 10'x10' and includes 1-table, 2-chairs and 1-tent/weights (unless you are able to provide your own). 
  • ALL TENTS MUST BE PROPERLY SECURED. You may provide your own tent and the weights to secure it. If you don't have a tent and would like one provided for you, please request a tent during your registration.
• We encourage tablecloths if your department has one, however tablecloths are not required or provided.
• Power is not available at the event.
