Outreach's Takeover at Joyride Pizza (“Event”), an event hosted by Outreach Corporation (“Outreach”), will take place at Joyride Pizza (“Venue”) on 09/16/2026 (“Event Dates”). By registering for Outreach Joyride Takeover you agree to the following Event Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

EVENT PARTICIPATION

By registering for the Event, you confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete. You agree to promptly notify Outreach of any changes to your registration information.

Only registered attendees may participate in the Event. Unregistered guests are not permitted unless Outreach provides prior written approval. Any approved guest must comply with these Terms as a condition of attendance.

If you are unable to attend the Event, you must notify Outreach at events@outreach.io at least 7 business days prior to the Event date. Attendees who fail to cancel within this timeframe or who fail to attend without prior notice may be excluded from future Outreach events.

While onsite at the Event or designated off-site activities, event credentials must be prominently displayed at all times. Credentials are non-transferable. Any attendee found using another attendee's credentials or providing their credentials to another individual will have their credentials confiscated and will be removed from the Event, along with the unauthorized individual, without refund.

Outreach reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without refund or liability, to refuse admittance to or remove from the Event any individual who violates these Terms or whose behavior Outreach determines could be disruptive to the Event or any attendee.

CODE OF CONDUCT AND ANTI-HARASSMENT POLICY

Outreach is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all Event attendees, speakers, sponsors, staff, and volunteers. All participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and treat others with respect throughout the event and all related activities, including social events and online interactions associated with Event.

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:   

• Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination of any kind, including on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic.   
• Unwelcome physical contact or sexual attention.   
• Verbal or written abuse, threats, or derogatory language directed at any individual or group.
• Disruptive behavior that interferes with sessions, presentations, or the experience of other attendees.   
• Unauthorized recording, photography, or filming of individuals without their consent. 

If you experience or witness behavior that violates these Terms, please report it immediately to an Outreach staff member or by emailing events@outreach.io. All reports will be treated with discretion and investigated promptly. 

Outreach reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without refund or liability, to refuse admittance to, or remove from Event any individual who violates these Terms or whose behavior Outreach determines could be disruptive to Event or any other attendee. Actions may include issuing warnings, removal from the event, and/or prohibition from future Outreach events. Outreach's determination of appropriate action is final.  

HEALTH, SAFETY, AND ACCESSIBILITY

You acknowledge that participation in the Event and travel to and around the Venue location may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to exposure to communicable diseases. By attending the Event, you voluntarily assume these risks.

By attending the Event, you agree to release and hold harmless Outreach and the Venue, and their respective owners, managers, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, agents, subcontractors, and representatives, from any damages, losses, injuries, liabilities, claims, and expenses arising from the contraction or spread of communicable diseases due to your travel to, from, or participation in any aspect of the Event. This obligation is binding on you and on your successors and heirs.

You agree not to make any claims against Outreach, the Venue, or the Venue's owner, and their respective owners, managers, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, and agents for loss, theft, damage, or destruction of property, or injury, including death, to you, your employees, agents, or representatives, unless caused by the sole negligence or willful misconduct of Outreach.

Alcoholic beverages may be served at the Event. By choosing to consume alcohol, you assume full responsibility for your actions and any resulting consequences. Outreach reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any attendee at its sole discretion. Outreach shall not be liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising from or related to the consumption of alcohol at the Event.

You agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and policies of the Venue, including any safety, security, or conduct requirements. Failure to comply with the Venue's rules may result in your removal from the Event without refund or liability on the part of Outreach.

Outreach is committed to providing an accessible experience for all attendees. If you require accommodation(s) or have accessibility needs, please contact events@outreach.io at least 7 business days prior to the Event so that we can make appropriate arrangements.

PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PRIVACY

Personal information collected in connection with your registration for and participation in the Event, including but not limited to your name, email address, company, title, phone number, and dietary or accessibility requirements, will be processed in accordance with the Outreach PRIVACY STATEMENT.

Allergy and dietary information you provide will be used solely for event catering and accommodation purposes and will be shared with our catering providers only as necessary to accommodate your dietary needs and special meal requests. This information will be deleted within 30 days following the Event.

Outreach will not sell your personal information to third parties. Your information may be shared with event partners, sponsors, or service providers solely to the extent necessary to facilitate the Event and your participation in it.

By registering for the Event, you consent to receiving communications from Outreach related to the Event, including logistics, updates, and post-event surveys. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by contacting events@outreach.io.

PHOTOGRAPHY, AUDIO, AND VIDEO RECORDING

The Event may be held in a public or semi-public space. Outreach does not prohibit attendees or other participants from photographing Event activities. You may be photographed or videotaped while attending the Event. You agree and accept that such photographs or videos may be used by Outreach for future marketing materials. No remuneration will be provided for use of your image.

Video and audio recording of Event content is strictly prohibited unless you have obtained express written consent from Outreach.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content presented at the Event, including session materials, presentations, and recordings, is the property of Outreach or its respective speakers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Event content without the prior written consent of Outreach.

LIABILITY 

Either Party’s liability hereunder, for any reason whatsoever, except gross negligence, shall be limited to the amount of monies paid hereunder by You. In the event it becomes necessary for Outreach to retain legal counsel in order to enforce the terms of these Terms, You and Outreach will be responsible for their own attorney’s fees.

FORCE MAJEURE

Outreach shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations hereunder to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, strike, civil, governmental, or military authority, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts of war, pandemic, contagions, health crises, travel restrictions, epidemics, the availability of the Venue (if applicable), or other similar causes beyond its reasonable control and without the fault or negligence of Outreach or its subcontractors such as power grid failures, internet outages, cyber warfare, cyber-attacks, ransomware attacks, cyber sabotage, civil war, sabotage or piracy (“Force Majeure Events”). For any Force Majeure Events, Outreach may postpone, reschedule, or cancel Event  without liability on the part of Outreach. In the event cannot be held or is postponed pursuant to this section, Outreach shall not be liable to attendee for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodations costs, or financial losses. 

GENERAL PROVISIONS

MODIFICATION TO THESE TERMS

Outreach reserves the right to update or change any part or all these Terms at any time. Outreach will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify You of any changes or cancellation. If Outreach updates or changes these Terms, the updated Terms will be posted on the website.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your participation in Unleash shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington.   

SEVERABILITY   

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.   

ENTIRE AGREEMENT  

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Outreach with respect to your registration for and participation in Outreach Happy Hour Event, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether written or oral.
