Cancellation Policy

A 50% refund of the registration fee will be issued for cancellations made at least 30 business days prior to the conference start date. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the conference or due to inclement weather, pandemics, or other uncontrollable circumstances. Registration may be transferred to another member of the same firm.

Member Pricing 

Please ensure you are registering with the same email address as is linked to your AIMSE membership. Only current paid AIMSE Members are eligible to receive the member rate at the AIMSE Fall Super Regional 2026.

Are you ready to renew? To access your member profile and renew online, simply visit the AIMSE Member Portal and select "Renew Membership" to pay your annual dues.

Has your information changed? Be sure to review and/or update your contact information and provide your demographics within your member profile.
