The Immersion training consists of 12 hours of training which includes didactic information, interactive activities, and discussion. Training is typically divided into three sessions, but there may be flexibility based on scheduling needs of new Hub Team(s). Partner Launch training includes the following topics: ECHO model overview, Roles and Responsibilities, Case Presentations, Curriculum Development, and Technology Use. During the training, teams will also participate in a mock ECHO session. Partner Launch training will include guidance for the new Hub team to plan and develop their own ECHO. Partner Launch training may include teams from multiple organizations.
The Partner Launch training session completion of a mock-ECHO with coaching and feedback on the use of the ECHO model. During the mock-ECHO, training participants will be assigned to an ECHO role and have a chance for guided practice using the ECHO model with each other.
