October 23, 2026: Skilling Building: Skill Building: Compassion Fatigue and How to Recognize It
This webinar is designed to help participants understand, identify, and manage compassion fatigue in a high-stress workplace. Compassion fatigue may lead to burnout for workers if left unaddressed. Through a combination of interactive lecture, self-assessment tools, and group discussions, participants will gain insights into signs and symptoms of compassion fatigue.

November 20, 2026: Substance Use Disorder: Assessing for Signs and Symptoms Through an Anti-Oppressive Lens
This workshop will discuss the signs and symptoms of substance use and substance use disorder.  The trainers will discuss the differences between problematic and nonproblematic use as it relates to the child welfare system.  This workshop will emphasize the treatment of individuals experiencing substance use from an anti-oppressive framework.  Participants will be able to apply the skills learned in small group discussion during the workshop.
