If you select "Participant" and your organization is not a participant, eHealth Exchange staff will contact you to complete your registration as a non-participant at full registration price of $450 ($350 early bird) or cancel your registration.

Cancellation / No-Show Policy for Complimentary Registrations

Important – Please read:

If you are registered using a complimentary registration pass, you can cancel up to 2 business days (October 23, 2026) before the start of the conference without penalty. 

If we do not receive a cancellation request by October 23, 2026, AND you do not attend the annual meeting, you will be charged $200.00 “no-show” fee. 

If a cancellation request is received more than 3 business days before the meeting, you will NOT be charged a “no-show” fee.
