I, the registrant, am aware that while participating on ALG Vacations Corp. Travel Leaders Network EDGE Pre-FAMS May 16, 2027 - May 18, 2027, I may be given the opportunity to participate in different events and activities. I understand and agree to assume the risk of injury to person or property resulting from any and all of the inherent dangers and risks associated with these activities and my stay. I further agree to release and forever discharge ALG Vacations Corp., its officers, directors, agents, representatives, successors, assigns, parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies from any and all claims, demands and actions of whatever kind and character arising from any and all of the inherent dangers and risks associated with my participation and stay. ALG Vacations Corp. reserves the right to withdraw or alter any services offered in its sole discretion. This Release shall be governed by the laws of Wisconsin with any litigation taking place in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I acknowledge that I have carefully read this statement.
