Dr. Thomas Osborne
Chief Medical Officer, Microsoft Federal
Keynote Address - The Future of AI in Healthcare: Technology is the Easy Part
Thomas Osborne, MD, is globally recognized for his work at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and business. He has more than a decade of experience designing, developing, and deploying advanced technologies, including AI, to improve patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and health system performance.
His work focuses on the responsible use of AI, and other emerging technologies, to expand access to care and improve healthcare delivery. He speaks regularly on national and international stages about the practical application of AI, clinical innovation, and digital transformation in healthcare.
Dr. Osborne serves as Chief Medical Officer at Microsoft, adjunct full professor at Stanford University School of Medicine, and as an advisor and board member. He earned his medical degree from Dartmouth Medical School and completed residency and fellowship training at Harvard hospitals.
