Statement about NCCN Event Locations

NCCN seeks to have in-person meetings in a variety of locations in order to engage with cancer care professionals from around the world. We work to select locations and venues that facilitate the best learning experiences for our diverse audiences. When seeking to book event locations—often years in advance—we also need to consider space availability, cost, convenience, and other factors.

We understand that people may not feel comfortable traveling to certain locations, therefore, we provide the option to attend events either in-person or virtually whenever possible.

NCCN appreciates your participation in our educational events either in person or virtually, and we hope that you will continue to participate in the future.

Health & Safety

All are welcome to the NCCN 2026 Lung Cancer Congress.

The health and safety of all attendees and the patients they care for, as well as our staff, speakers, exhibitors, and sponsors, remains our top priority.

NCCN will continue to follow CDC guidelines in addition to all federal and local regulations. Vaccinations and up-to-date boosters are strongly encouraged. NCCN encourages all attendees, staff, speakers, exhibitors, and sponsors to use their best discretion and judgement. Should you become exposed to COVID-19 or experience any symptoms at the time of the congress or related programs, please consider participating virtually.

NCCN will continue to actively monitor health and safety concerns and update precautions accordingly.
