The Out & Equal Workplace Summit is the world’s largest gathering of LGBTQ+ and allied professionals working to build workplaces of belonging. Each year, more than 4,000 leaders, ERG champions, HR and talent professionals, and advocates come together to learn from one another, strengthen strategy, and move workplace culture forward.
For nearly three decades, Summit has served as a central convening for the professionals shaping LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion. The experience combines practical learning, candid conversations, and meaningful relationship-building with peers across industries.

Programming Highlights
Workplace Summit programming is designed to combine strategic learning with meaningful connection. Across four days, attendees experience multiple formats that support different ways of learning, leading, and building community.
Leadership Lab Day
The Summit experience begins with an optional Leadership Lab Day, an immersive pre-conference program designed for deeper skill building. Participants join small cohorts for facilitated discussions, hands-on exercises, and practical leadership development focused on the most pressing workplace challenges.
Plenary Sessions
Plenary sessions bring the full Summit community together for powerful conversations with influential leaders, practitioners, and changemakers. These moments set the tone for the week, offering perspectives that challenge, inspire, and expand how we think about leadership and belonging in today’s workplaces.
Learning Sessions
Throughout the Summit, breakout learning sessions provide practical insights from leaders working inside organizations across industries. These sessions focus on concreate strategies, lessons learned, and approaches that professionals can bring back to their workplaces.
Belonging Groups
Formerly known as Community Engagement Groups, Belonging Groups create dedicated spaces for identity-based and shared-experience conversations. These gatherings allow participants to connect more deeply with peers who share similar perspectives, challenges, and lived experiences.
Receptions and Networking
Connection is central to the Summit experience. Receptions, informal gatherings, and networking opportunities throughout the week create space for meaningful conversation, collaboration, and relationship-building across the global Summit community.
Safety at Summit
Workplace Summit will only be open to our Partner community, trusted organizations, and vetted participants. We are devoting care and resources in close coordination with our event properties, vendor partners, and local authorities to ensure a secure event.
Every attendee deserves the space and support to navigate their individual concerns and circumstances related to safety and security. As we have in past years, for those who decide to not travel, the ePass attendee option will provide an engaging suite of Workplace Summit experiences.
