FSX Charity Auction

Deadline to Submit Donations: February 20

The Charity Auction is a fundraising event held during FSX. It is organized by FPSA Councils as a way to give back to various causes, campaigns, organizations, and scholarship funds that have an impact on the communities within the food and beverage processing industry. The Charity Auction is divided into the Silent Auction and the Live Auction.

100% of all funds raised during the auction go to these charitable causes. 
Each donor chooses which council or cause they wish to support when donating their item.

• MISA supports MISA Scholarships for junior or senior-level undergraduate and graduate candidates in engineering or the meat sciences.
• Bakery Council supports Kitchens for Good, a non-profit that offers free skills training and job placement in baking, culinary and hospitality for people facing barriers to employment.
• Prepared Foods Council is proud to support World Central Kitchen's mission of providing meals in response to humanitarian, climate, and community crises.
• Pet Food Council supports American Humane PUPS4PATRIOTS Dog Therapy Program and its efforts to help veterans combat PTSD.
• Dairy Council supports Tom Imbordino Memorial Dairy Science Scholarships for students pursuing careers in the dairy/food industry and/or engineering.
• Beverage Council supports DIGDEEP, a human rights nonprofit serving 2.2 million+ Americans without running water or a toilet in their home.

Donate to the Auction

Donation Deadline: Friday, February 20

Donations mailed to the FPSA office must be received by 2/20.

The deadline to donate auction items for this year's charity auction is Friday, February 20, 2026.
Please use the online donation form to submit an auction item today. 

Typically silent auction items include electronics, gift baskets and items under $1,000 in value.  Live auction items often include travel experiences, advertising packages from industry publishers as well as highly desirable items over $1,000 in value.

Important Note: To ensure safe handling and display, fragile or glass-bottled items (e.g., wine, spirits, or similar products) cannot be accepted or displayed onsite. If you wish to donate these types of items, please plan to ship them directly to the winning bidder after the auction.
