Summary - Black belt certification

Join us for a practical and engaging black belt lean certification workshop designed for lean leaders who want to transform value streams, Drive major projects in a structured DMAIC format, and lead teams to achieving excellence.

This training will span several months with required actions between sessions. 4 - sessions will be half day weeks (20 hours) each month for 4 months. They are designed to teach and apply lean six sigma tools giving leaders the ability to implement major projects to eliminate waste and transform operations.

This workshop will focus on the following:

Value stream transformation through data analysis
Strategic master planning for cascade able actions to drive connected targets and goals.
People centric leadership that engages teams to strive for excellence.
Structured project management using the DMAIC model.
System thinking that creates accountability for safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Mark Preston, is a trailblazer in the world of Lean manufacturing, whose expertise has reshaped operations for some of the most recognized global organizations. Beginning his Lean journey at TDK Electronics, Mark was trained in Japan on the foundational principles of Lean, directly from its source. His hands-on experience spans leadership roles at Respironics/Phillips and Acuity Brands Lighting, where he spearheaded multi-site Lean deployments and fostered operational excellence across international teams
