REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DIRECTORY INFORMATION

We attach great importance to protecting our attendees’ personal data and maintaining privacy. We will not sell your personal information to outside parties. Attendees’ directory information will only be shared with participants of the event, including other attendees, sponsors, and companies with whom the university contracts for the purpose of delivering the conference. By registering for this conference, you consent to this use of your directory information.

PAYMENT TERMS AND POLICIES

Payment must be provided by a major credit card. Full payment must be received before access to the online conference platform will be granted.

No refunds will be issued.

PHOTO RELEASE

I understand that while at the event or its related activities, I may be photographed or videotaped. I agree to allow my name, photo, video, or film likeness, or reproductions thereof made through any media, including electronic media, to be used for any legitimate purpose, including but not limited to use on a website, social media, or brochure. To the fullest extent allowed by law, I hereby grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use my name and likeness to the Board of Regents of the University of Oklahoma. I am legally competent to agree to this Release, or I am the parent or legal guardian signing on behalf of the minor to whom this release applies.

ADDITIONAL REGISTRATION POLICIES:

· Registrations may be transferred to a substitute without a fee.

· In the unlikely event that The Hope Science Higher Ed Summit is canceled, a 100% refund will be issued to those who have registered and paid.
