This event is for Vinyl Institute members. 

Where is the event taking place?

This year, our annual meeting will take place in Alexandria, VA, at the Alexandrian. All of our meetings and events will take place at this location.

Is there a virtual option?

This year’s event is in-person. A conference line will be available for the VI members of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors meetings for VI members who cannot join in-person. This will not be offered for any other session.

What COVID-19 protocols will be in place?

There are no COVID restrictions at this time.

How much does the event cost?

This is a free event.

When is the registration deadline?

Please register by Tuesday, November 1, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET.

The special hotel room rate expires on Monday, October 26, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET.

What should I wear?

Business attire is recommended for all sessions. 

Can I bring a guest?

Yes, please register your guest and indicate which meals your guest is interested in so we have an accurate count for meals.
