Programme

Conference programme

Our conference programme provides opportunities for delegates to share multidisciplinary perspectives on how we can strengthen the pandemic preparedness ecosystem and ensure sustainable and equitable access to science and resources.

With renowned speakers and representatives from the global scientific community taking part, our hope is that delegates will share ideas and current research, and forge new connections.

We are providing networking and learning sessions for early-career delegates attending in person, before and during the conference.

Plenary sessions

Our plenary sessions feature high-profile international speakers from across the breadth of pandemic sciences giving a multidisciplinary perspective in presentations and panel discussions.

We will explore how developing and deploying medical countermeasures underpins an effective response to future outbreaks and how we foster a conducive and collaborative environment for building better resilience, identifying where the gaps, challenges and opportunities lie.

Parallel sessions

Parallel sessions will cover the conference topics below, with oral presentations selected from abstracts alongside other invited short talks. We will select posters in these topics from abstracts, and some poster presenters will also be asked to share their work as flash talks.

Conference topics

  • Ethics and context
  • Data, analytics and artificial intelligence
  • Vaccines and immunology
  • Diagnostics and treatment
